Working in oil and watercolor, George's talent and respect for the buckaroo lifestyle is vividly seen. He paints the Great Basin area of the west where the high plains, open ranges, mountains, dry summers, hard winters are home to the buckaroos who continue to ride and work. A world-wide traveler, George has made California his home for many years. An award winning graphic designer, calligrapher and retired Professor of Visual Communications, he now enjoys painting his passion - the great western buckaroo. A native of western Canada, Shannon currently resides in the province of Alberta where traditional bridle horse culture is strong. Formative years embraced this culture which led to her expertise as an acknowledged horsewoman. As an artist, she developed discipline and abilities to capture infinite moments of ranching experiences in depth and detail in her brush strokes. She is skilled in the saddle and at the easel. Shannon's art combines anatomical accuracy with historical authenticity. Her images portray the working stock horse and pay tribute to working horsemen who follow the old traditions influenced by early Mexican vaqueros in California. her style is intense and dramatic. Her images help preserve true western culture and celebrate today's lifestyle of buckaroos in the Great Basin region, north into Canada. She has accepted numerous awards and joins many invitational shows including Phippen Museum, Greeley Stampede, Peppertree and Calgary Stampede.

Reine is a contemporary California artist, poet and devoted horsewoman. Her free spirit painting style is focused on the use of acrylics primarily. She uses bold, rich colors with loosely expressive brushstrokes. Reine's eye for dazzling colors and bold impressionistic art draws attention at shows & galleries across the states.
